Payment is not required at this time - after receiving confirmation of your registration, we will email you an invoice for the deposit of $300 per tour participant. Payment of this deposit must be received within 14 days of booking a tour in order to hold your place - we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, cheque or money order! The remaining balance must be received at least 60 days before the scheduled tour.

    Every cyclist that raises $100 for Bicycles for Humanity will receive a discount of $100 on their tour. More information will be provided after booking.

  • Terms and Conditions

    A deposit of $300 per tour participant must be received within 14 days of booking the tour in order to hold your place. If you cancel the tour more than 60 days before the scheduled departure, your deposit will be returned minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel 30-59 days before the scheduled departure, your deposit will be returned minus a $200 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled departure, your deposit will be forfeited. As well, by checking the box below, you indicate that you have read and accept our full Terms and Conditions.
